This is a quick yoga workout that is suppose to energize you for the whole day! It says it only takes about 15 minutes, I think I might try this in the mornings before I get ready for work!

This is my friend Chelsi. She’s one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet, and she’s got family, loads of friends, and a boyfriend who are all worried for her. She went missing yesterday, and she’s now classified as a runaway.. Which is insane because she’s definitely not that type of person..
I’m not going to guilt you into reblogging this. I’m going to ask. If you could take 4 seconds and hit reblog, it could cause the right person to see this and bring her home. You’d want this to spread too, if this was your friend, or your sister, or your daughter.
Please just reblog this. I promise it won’t hurt your blog’s reputation. We just want her home. Thank you.Everyone is reblogging this, so I thought… Why the hell not. I work in Hampton, VA.

Hey guys,
So it’s getting kinda hard trying to copy n paste URLs from facebook to tumblr. I wanna check up on u! Will you simply reblog this and say “I’m on the 90 day challenge” or something so I can follow you back easily?
Ok, so you know how you’re supposed to make sure you are very hydrated before a workout? Well what if you work out pretty much first thing in the morning. I go to a Spin class at 6am. I do not plan on waking up early enough to get myself super hydrated before my spin class…. because I like sleep. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? If I drank plenty of water the day before and drank water during my workout, is that enough? Anyway let me know! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
I am a little nervous to start this 90 Day Challenge, I have never really restricted my eating before! I am most nervous about temptation and knowing how bad I am at resisting it!
I do have one question! I know we are all very busy! I am currently student-teaching and am busier than I ever have been! Does anyone have any tips on how to keep on track with the meal plan and working out with a crazy schedule!?
Thank you and good luck to everyone!!
I joined a gym the other day. I was really nervous to hear what the price was going to be because most of the gyms I looked at in the Summer were like $45 base price a month and then if you wanted to to do group fitness it was an additional $30-$40 a month and I am student teaching right now, which means I don’t get paid and I don’t have a job.
Well I went into this gym because it was new and I thought maybe they had some promotions or something. Well after the tour and hearing about everything I was very impressed with the center and all of the equipment. He told me since I was a student it was only going to be $24.95 a month AND that included group fitness classes… CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!? I sure couldn’t. I totally took the deal because that’s awesome! Plus the gym seemed relatively quiet and normal people were there and it has a women’s only workout area….. NO MORE WORRYING ABOUT THE SUPER RIPPED GUYS MAKING ME FEEL INTIMIDATED!!!! Anyways, my goal is to lose 8-10 pounds in the month of November…. I am really hoping I can do this!!
